For over 20 years, Brady has been focused on the entertainment and hospitality side of the service industry. He has managed and worked in a variety of resorts, restaurants, bars and lounges around the world, starting with the design of his first bar at the Club Med Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
Brady grew up in Lima, Peru, received his education in American schools, and has since made full use of his bicultural and bilingual upbringing. This international view allows him a unique perspective on each of his projects. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Ferrum College in Recreation and Leisure Management with a minor in Psychology and International Tourism. His education continued beyond the classroom with intensive training programs at various tourist destinations including Westin Resorts Worldwide and Club Med Resorts.
In 2002, Brady’s travels led him to Dallas where he worked for Phil Romano and Triple R Group and assisted in the opening and operation of numerous trendy concepts. In 2008, he began his journey with planBgroup. Today, he lends a helping hand in most projects by curating music programs, assisting in the design of employee uniforms and tabletops or weighing in on menu strategy and recipe development. He also consults with clients as they train staff, manage sites, and create handbooks to ensure each opening proceeds without a hitch.
